Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account and order details — name, email, phone number, shipping address, and business details you give us when you create an account, place an order, or send us a message.
• Design files — artwork and files you upload for print production.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Technical and usage data — browser type, device type, pages viewed, the website or link that brought you here, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 4).
• Business contact information — we may contact local businesses using publicly available business details (company name, business phone number, business email, address and website) to tell them about our services. See Section 5 to opt out.

2. How We Use Information

• To process, produce, ship and support your orders.
• To send service emails, such as order confirmations, proofs, status updates and welcome messages.
• To answer your questions and consultation requests.
• To send promotional emails, each with a way to opt out.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our web hosting provider, shipping carriers and delivery services, and the analytics tools described below. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use the following kinds of cookies and similar tools:

• Essential cookies — keep you logged in, remember your cart and protect forms from abuse. The site needs these to work, so they cannot be switched off here.
• Referral cookie — if you arrive through a partner's link or QR code, we store that partner's referral code in a cookie for up to 60 days so the partner can be credited.
• Analytics cookies (optional) — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity tell us which pages visitors view and how they move through the site. Clarity may record anonymized screen activity to help us find confusing pages, and is set up to mask what you type into forms.
• Our own visit counter — we count each visit once per browser session, with the source of the visit and the device type. It stores no IP address and no personal information.

Your choices. Analytics cookies are on until you decline them. Use the cookie notice on the site, or the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page, to decline or to change your mind later. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to decline analytics. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, but checkout and login may stop working.

Google provides an additional opt-out through its Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Emails, Calls and Text Messages

Email. Promotional emails include our business name and address and a way to opt out (reply "unsubscribe" or email us), and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Service emails about an order you placed may still be sent.

Calls and texts. We may call or text a business or customer about our printing and design services. Texts come from a person at our company, and each first message tells you how to stop. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we will not contact you again that way. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

6. Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number, expiration date or security code.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example Texas, California and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising, sales or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email mail@texasprintdesign.com or call (469) 655-3315. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can ask us how to appeal. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fulfil orders, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Contacts who opt out are kept on a do-not-contact list so we do not reach them again.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version, and we will post any significant change on this page.
